Wildflower Postcard Marbling Workshop

Celebrate the wild flower season with this floral marbling workshop hosted by the Carpenter Hotel.
In this class we will explore basic Ebru techniques that stem from the Turkish tradition of marbling.
Unlike my Intro to marbling class, the methods explored in this class will require attention to detail and mindful concentration. Each participant will work in a small format marbling tray, utilizing styluses of various gauges to manipulate paint on the surface of water into forms that resemble wild flowers.
Participants will leave with a dozen hand marbled postcards.
